3 step SYSTEM FOR ENTREPRENEURS

Get out of your head and into action—in minutes, not weeks.

Discover the 3-step system for sensitive & intuitive entrepreneurs designed to move you from "Figuring it out" to "I freaking did it!!!" in tiny, sustainable, and empowering ways.

Imagine having a system that shifts your self-doubt into confidence and shows you an exit out of the loop when you need it most.

CONFESSION: I am a master at overthinking, hesitating, doubting, and looping.

I even like to dress my loops up in pretty costumes called “planning,” “integrating,” and “strategizing.”

But after starting my business and weathering several great ideas that died on the looping vine,  I had to admit what was really happening:

I was finding increasingly sophisticated ways to avoid doing the stuff that scared the glitter out of me.

So I decided to become my own dang hero and fix that for myself.

I dove in and mined the diamonds out of my journals from 5 of the most chaotic, change-bringing, and loop-filled years of my life.

The years brimming with experiments on how I got moving when I was frozen af, future-tripping, doubting myself, taking yet another course to feel ready, or three weeks deep into “figuring it out.”

I started building exits.

  • Specific tools I could reach for when I caught myself spinning.
  • Methods to pull out what I was actually believing.
  • Lenses to gather evidence when fear was presenting itself as fact.
  • Ways to find one tiny move I could make without waiting to feel fearless first.

The ones that consistently got me moving became Exit the Loop.

Getting stuck doesn’t have to mean staying stuck.

You feel the wobble. The who the f*k am I to do this? The urge to research one more thing, rewrite the plan, shrink the idea, or wait until tomorrow.

But this time, you recognize the loop.

  • You pull out the system.
  • You figure out what you’re actually believing. You gather the evidence. You choose one tiny move forward and out.
  • And then you send the email. Publish the post. Pitch the idea. Make the decision. Ship the damn thing.

Fear might still be sitting in the passenger seat.

It just doesn’t get to keep you in park anymore.

Here's what an Exit can actually look like.

One of my favorite loops goes something like: “Who the f*k am I to create this new ______? I’m not qualified to create this.

Old me spent days spinning around and trying to will myself to “just do it” anyway.

And sometimes? That idea died right there on the vine while I was waiting to “feel ready”.

Now? I use the 3 steps of Exit the Loop find my way out.

STEP 1. SEE: I’m looping around whether I’m qualified to create something new

STEP 2. GATHER: What does the evidence actually say?

When I ran one part of my lived experience through the calculator I built for Exit the Loop, it came back with:

6,062 days of lived experience as the creator of a literal human

Well. That’s rather inconvenient evidence for my inner critic. 😂

STEP 3. GO: Claim the experience. Write the draft. Record the episode. Ship.

That’s an Exit.

You’re not trying to convince yourself you’re fearless.

You’re gathering enough evidence to stop treating fear like fact—and make the next move.

MYTH: Looping isn’t that bad. I eventually get there.

FACT: Looping drains your creation energy. The less time you spend overthinking and worrying, the more energy and time you have to create, ship, and make your dreams a reality.

Looping isn't Bad, it's data.

It’s a sign that part of you is really scared to move. Exit the Loop shows you how to meet yourself where you are, and find the right exit for you right now

Looping isn’t related to just one problem.

  • Sometimes you’re spinning because you’re worried about what people will think.
  • Sometimes you’re stuck because you’re worried no one will buy, so why bother?
  • Sometimes you’re convinced you’re wildly unqualified while ignoring years of lived experience.
  • Sometimes the numbers you’re terrified to look at actually contain the evidence that you’re doing better than your fear says.
  • Sometimes you already know exactly what to do…you just can’t get yourself to do it.

Exit the Loop doesn’t give you random tactics you can find from google or chatgpt.

Exit the Loop gives you a systematic process to follow:

Recognize the loop and name what you’re actually believing.

Look at the evidence from multiple angles—your intuition, your lived experience, and your actual numbers—and ask:

Is this fear… or is this truth?

Choose from 10 “party tricks” designed to help you shift out of thinking and into tangible action.

Each designed as a different doorway that you can open to help you exit today.

Every time you exit the loop - it's evidence

Each exit is proof that you can trust yourself. And the more you practice— the more willing you become to try new and scary things

Think about that. The next time you’re:

  • about to publish something that scares the glitter out of you
  • second-guessing an offer you were super excited about 10 minutes ago
  • avoiding the pitch email
  • shrinking the big idea
  • questioning whether you’re qualified three hours deep into “research” that suspiciously looks like procrastination

You don’t have to start from scratch. You know where to go.

“Pauline, I am REALLY freaking good at looping. I've tried to stop overthinking before and my brain finds 51 new things to overthink. Is this actually for me?”

YES! That’s exactly why I built Exit the Loop the way I did.

Most advice for getting unstuck starts at the end: Just take action. Stop overthinking. Trust yourself. Do it scared.

Cool. But if you could just frickin do that, you wouldn’t be stuck.

Exit the Loop doesn’t ask you to override the fear, out-positive-think it, or drag yourself kicking and screaming into action.

We start with SEE. First, you recognize the loop and get honest about what you’re actually believing.

Then you GATHER internal and external evidence to help you discern what’s fear—and what’s actually true.

Only then do you GO, choosing one tiny exit that feels possible from where you are right now.

The cool part? You get better at noticing you’re doing it.

You might still loop. I still loop.

The goal isn’t to become a perfectly confident entrepreneur whose nervous system never has an opinion again.

It’s to catch yourself sooner, spend less time spinning, and know where to go when it happens.

Exit the Loop doesn’t require you to become a different person before it can help you. It’s built for the version of you who’s already in the loop.

BONUS: The Lived Experience Calculator App

For every “Who the f*k am I to do this?” moment.

You know the one.

Suddenly your years of experience don’t count.

The things you’ve built don’t count.

The problems you’ve solved don’t count.

The hundreds—or thousands—of days you’ve spent actually doing the thing somehow don’t count…

because you don’t have the right credential, title, degree, follower count, or permission slip.

Imposter syndrome is very good at conveniently misplacing evidence.

So I built you a calculator that brings the receipts.

Plug in the time you’ve spent learning, doing, practicing, surviving, helping, failing, starting over, figuring it out, and actually living the thing you’re afraid to claim experience in.

Then see that experience as a number.

Because sometimes:

“I’ve been doing this for a while…”

doesn’t hit quite like:

942 DAYS.

That’s the number I got when I calculated just one piece of my own lived experience. And it made the “Who are you to talk about this?” story look a whole lot less convincing.

Your experience didn’t begin when somebody handed you a credential.

You’ve been accumulating evidence this entire time.

Included with Exit the Loop for $27.

This is for you if:

You’ve spent hours “figuring out” something you already pretty much know you need to do—researching, journaling, integrating, planning, asking for opinions—while somehow never touching the actual thing.

You keep shrinking the exciting idea into the safer idea because the closer you get to actually doing it, the louder the What if this doesn’t work? Who the fuck do I think I am? gets.

You know exactly what you want to do… and still find yourself doing literally anything else because opening the document / sending the email / making the offer suddenly feels approximately as safe as walking directly into traffic.

You’ve lost days—or weeks—to a loop that started as one scary decision, only to emerge exhausted, annoyed with yourself, and with even less energy for the thing you were so fucking excited to make.

You’re very good at thinking, processing, strategizing and “working on it”… but lately you’re starting to wonder whether some of that productive-looking work is actually keeping you safely away from the real work.

You have too many good ideas and people who need your work to let looping, self-doubt, and hesitation keep you stuck, kill your ideas, and deplete you.

Loops aren't bad, they're data. You can exit your loops tenderly, gracefully, and quickly with a surplus of time and energy to build, ship, and prosper!
